OEE & Productivity
Measurement of productivity is an important tool to reduce cost.
For each item, the time for operations along with set up are captured in masters.
During production, based on accepted quantity produced, utilised time is arrived at and over all equipment efficiency is calculated.
Analysis is done using loss reasons entered.
Operator efficiency is also determined.
Profitability
The product cost is arrived at shift level production at each operation level
Based on OEE data, activity based costing is arrived at applying hourly rate.
Simpler overall costing is also done using material cost , demonstrated processing cost and overheads
With these data, loss making component list can be seen.
Traceability
Traceability is an important expectation of customers.
Final product needs to be tracked from invoice till back to supplier of items.
This is handled using work order and maintaining raw material in batches
With work order logic, both material & manufacturing traceability is achieved.
Bar coding
Bar coding is incorporated in the product and bar coding can be printed and scanned during issues.
Software integration and hardware charges are to be borne by the customer additionally.
Our barcoding partner will coordinate for the data to be printed and also supply of suitable labels.
Tally Integration
Invoices entered can be ported to Tally database
Duplicate data entry not to be done
GRNs can be mapped with vendor invoice and transferred as voucher to Tally
Inventory can also be ported to Tally if required
Email / work flow
Mail alerts have been provided in all modules for all necessary work flow within the organisation.
